[New Orleans, LA] – It was a dog day afternoon recently in New Orleans’ French Quarter, as the Mystic Krewe of Barkus put on their annual Mardi Gras parade. This year’s theme was “Tails & Tiaras: Here Comes Honey Bow Wow.”
