New Orleans, LA — Although my preferred mode of two-wheeled transport is Harley-Davidson, I couldn’t resist snapping this photo of a little scooter parked in front of a Rouse’s Supermarket on Tchoupitoulas Street in New Orleans’ Irish Channel neighborhood.
Adorned with a WWOZ bumper sticker — the city’s nonprofit, community-supported radio station that features music central to New Orleans’ culture — it’s a small, two-wheeled symbol of the city.
